The era we live in is all about choices and thank God for that! With so many things to choose from we are given the opportunity to constantly enrich our experience, learn new things, try new foods and flavors, enjoy thing we never thought we would. If you are not sure which teas to look for, these are your options - Matcha (Japanese green tea powder is the healthiest tea of all), Gyokuro (very high quality Japanese green tea), Dragon Well Tea (a Chinese green tea), Keemun Tea (the most famous black tea from China). These teas aren't cheap but are very effective.

As for teas of various flavors, you really have plenty of options there. First, there are mild teas, and then there are strong teas and ultimately black teas. Some of them are bitter, some sweet, some will keep you up all night. Plus, you can choose a flavor depending on your current mood, time season, the smell you like... Choosing the right flavor is all pretty much up to you – try them up and decide.
